Email a human

Write to expandyourbeliefs@gmail.com and you'll get a reply from the person who built the app. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if it's a bug, and a screenshot if you have one.

Common questions

I signed up but the confirmation email never came. Check spam first. In the app, tap "Resend email" on the sign-in screen. Only the newest link works, so use the most recent message.

I used Expand without an account and got a new phone. Guest progress lives only on the phone it was created on. Before switching phones, open Settings in the app and tap "Save your progress" to attach an email or Apple ID.

How do I delete my account? Settings, then "Delete account & all data". It's immediate and permanent. You can export a PDF of everything first from the same screen.

Is this therapy? No. Expand is a personal-growth tool for examining your own beliefs. It doesn't treat, diagnose, or heal anything.
